In this episode of Water Rising, I dive deep into a vulnerable and empowering truth: the transformational magic in getting it wrong. For so many of us—especially women—mistakes have been coded as dangerous, shameful, and even life-threatening to our nervous systems. But what if getting it wrong was actually an art form? A sacred practice of healing?
I share personal stories, nervous system insights, and one hilarious shower moment that helped me unlearn perfectionism. We talk about how society wires us to fear mistakes, how nervous system regulation changes everything, and how playing with imperfection can lead us back into joy, safety, and connection.

Sometimes the thing we long for most is the very thing we fear. Love. Freedom. Joy. These are powerful forces that ask us to stay open, even after we’ve been hurt. And yet, when we’ve experienced loss, especially deep soul loss, it can feel impossible to let the light in again. But healing begins when we choose to open, even just a little.
Roni is here with us today. She’s grieving the loss of her beloved horse, Yo-Yo, and questioning whether she can ever open her heart again to another. What surfaces in this conversation touches on vulnerability, self-trust, and her incredible connection to animals, especially horses. We explore how her past relationships, early wounds, and moments of rejection have shaped her sense of worthiness, and how fear has been quietly riding in the front seat of her life, steering her away from joy.
In this episode, we offer Roni a gentle yet powerful invitation: to renegotiate her relationship with fear, to begin practicing animal communication, and to let her heart call in what it truly desires. If you’ve ever found yourself stuck between grief and longing, or wondered whether it’s safe to open your heart again, I hope this reading reminds you that courage doesn’t mean the fear disappears; it means you choose to keep going anyway.

Hello, my love, welcome to another episode of Water Rising. Today, I share from my heart about the journey of purpose, especially when we're standing at the threshold of transition. Whether you're moving through a career change, the end of a relationship, or stepping into a new chapter of your life, there's often a deep yearning for clarity. We want to know: What’s the big step? Where am I headed?
But the truth I’ve found, again and again, is this: the big step is rarely just one massive leap. It's almost always a series of small, incremental steps that we’ve been taking all along, steps that only reveal their power when we pause, look back, and realize how far we've already come.
In this episode, I talk about:

There are seasons of life when everything begins to shift. You can feel a new purpose rising, a different direction calling you forward. And while the old ways no longer fit, the path ahead may not be fully clear. These in-between moments are sacred. They ask us to listen more deeply, to trust the unfolding, and to bring forward all the wisdom we’ve gathered along the way.
Terri is here with us today. She’s in the midst of a powerful reinvention; closing one chapter of her life in the medical field and stepping into a deeper calling to help others through counseling, healing, and intuitive guidance. After overcoming years of addiction and shame, she’s found herself drawn to her spiritual gifts and is now asking how to activate them, how to understand them, and how to align them with the work she feels called to do.
In this conversation, Spirit honors the path Terri has walked and the wisdom she now holds because of it. We explore the architecture of her soul, her natural ability to hold space, and the gift of deep knowing that others sense in her right away. We also talk about the importance of allowing intuitive gifts to unfold gently, in their own time, as part of a larger spiritual integration. There are moments when life invites us into something new, and while our hearts might say yes, another part of us lingers at the edge. Endings, no matter how correct or necessary, can stir something deep inside; something tender, something uncertain. And yet, inside the uncertainty, there’s a sacred opportunity to honor all that has brought us here and to gently guide ourselves into what’s next with more of our truth upheld.
Elissa is here with us today. She’s standing at a threshold, called to leave behind a version of her work that once supported her but no longer aligns with the path she’s walking now. She’s ready to close her business, ready to step into a new way of being, and yet, there’s a stuckness. A part of her that isn’t quite willing to let go. She’s done so much inner work: the mental, the emotional, but something deeper, something energetic, is asking for attention before she can fully move forward.
In this session, we explore how layers of past endings are still informing her present. Spirit guides us to an earlier part of Elissa’s life, one that experienced endings without completion, leaving her suspended in fear and uncertainty. Through powerful imagery, we uncover the need for ceremony, for initiation, for honoring what once was so that it no longer holds her back.
If you find yourself caught between the old and the new, between longing and fear, I hope this episode helps you see where you can bring wholeness to your own journey.

There are moments in life that ask everything of us. When the ground feels uncertain and the future unclear, it can feel impossible to keep moving forward with an open heart. And yet, it is inside of these very moments that something extraordinary can happen. We discover a deeper faith, a more resilient truth, and a kind of love for ourselves that wasn’t fully accessible before. When we choose not to numb or distract, but to stay with what’s here, we begin to build something steady and sacred within us.
Suzanne is here with us today. She’s been walking through a series of deep losses — twelve loved ones in two years — and facing the unfolding reality of a chronic illness that’s affecting her eyesight. And yet, within all of that, there is a profound spiritual presence inside of her. Her trust in her path, her connection to the Divine, and her unwavering devotion to her purpose are breathtaking to witness. Even while she holds real fears and pain in her human experience, she is also choosing to move toward her soul.
In this reading, we speak about what it means to live in two worlds: the physical world where grief and limitation exist, and the soul world that continues to expand. Through the metaphor of a tree, Spirit shows Suzanne the importance of tending to the youngest parts of herself — those still asking to be seen and integrated — and reminds her that the challenges she faces are also gateways to her next becoming. We also talk about what it means to truly integrate rather than release, and how the parts we often try to shed may in fact be holding our greatest wisdom. If you’ve been walking through something hard, I hope this session reminds you of the strength already alive within you.

There’s so much pressure in our world to leap into what’s next. We often think the answers live somewhere out ahead of us, just beyond reach, waiting for us to catch up. But what if the most important part of the journey is the moment you’re standing in right now? What if this space, the quiet, messy, blooming middle, is exactly where you’re meant to be?
Stefani is here with us today. She’s in a moment many of us recognize — her gifts have always been with her, but now they’re rising up to the surface, asking to be seen and heard. She’s reached the point where she can no longer ignore them, and the question becomes: what does she do with all of this magic? How does she hold it, honor it, and let it lead her forward?
In this conversation, we’re invited to slow down and allow the cycle of emergence to unfold in its own timing. Spirit shows us the beauty of wildness, the importance of allowing all the pieces to come forward without rushing to name or contain them. There’s a powerful flower metaphor that guides the session, offering wisdom about being in relationship with our own process and learning how to receive each part of ourselves as it comes alive.
