When we’re going through hard things, sometimes it can be difficult to spot the deeper truth that is threaded through the circumstances in life. Yet, there is so much room to explore our connection to ourselves in those moments, and really become more intimate with our spirituality and our alignment with our purpose.
Haley is here with us today. She has recently gone through a breakup, and she’s looking for guidance on how to navigate this space. She wants to come back to herself and find connection in herself again that was beginning to get lost in this relationship. In the process of talking together we discover that her experience in her relationship has actually strengthened her intuition and moved her forward on her journey.
In this conversation, we discuss how endings can allow us to become more devoted to our spiritual paths, and we also explore tools that help rebuild the energetic field after relationships. I hope this reading gives you the comfort and clarity in your endings and new beginnings.

In this episode of Magical Moments, we explore the power of simple yet profound prayers, intentions or devotions that can serve as anchors in uncertain times. With the world feeling heavy and overwhelming, it’s essential to find a place of refuge within ourselves, a space of divine connection and inner peace.
Three of my favorite prayers that have offered me guidance and support when I needed it most.
The first is simply, Show me. Whether it’s clarity on the next step, where to find support, or how to navigate a challenge, this prayer invites divine wisdom into our lives.
The second is Help me, a direct call for assistance when we feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain. By keeping these prayers open-ended, we step aside and allow something greater than ourselves to move in, offering guidance beyond what we might imagine.
The third prayer is one I carry throughout my day: Thank you. Practicing gratitude, even in difficult moments, shifts our consciousness and opens us to deeper learning. When we can acknowledge both what we like and what we resist, we create space for transformation. Gratitude is more than a thought; it’s an energy that can soothe, expand, and realign us with divine support.
Try taking these simple prayers with you throughout your day and see how they can become powerful tools for shifting energy, inviting divine presence, and navigating life’s uncertainties.

All of us would experience so much more depth in our lives and in our relationships if we spent time improving our listening skills. We have this compulsion to rush in and fix what we perceive as a problem from someone when they choose to share a dilemma with us. Typically our motivation is that we want to make them feel better and this is a beautiful human quality, yet when we do this, we are ultimately disempowering the other person.
Dee is here with us today. She’s struggling with her independence. She’s very strong-willed, and also has been married to a strong-willed man for the last 7 years. She’s looking for guidance on how to navigate the world with him, as she moves towards living a deeper and more purposeful life.
Our beautiful conversation today is all about deep, sacred listening, and how to be more present within relationships. I hope this allows you to find the wisdom that lives deep inside you and enhances all your relationships.

Many of us experience an internal pull—an intuitive knowing—that guides us forward, even when it defies logic or expectations. Looking back, we can often see how this thread has quietly shaped our lives, leading us to transformational experiences, sometimes through uncertainty and chaos.

The way events in the world are happening at the moment is challenging and brings up a lot for so many of us. As we look for comfort in each other, in ourselves and in community, it is also important to look below the surface of our own lives to see where we are fighting against ourselves. The way forward lies in us being willing to see something different in our patterns and learning to connect to ourselves in different ways. By doing this we create a new way of being together, and can let the old fall away in devotion to something greater that is unfolding.
Ann is here with us today. She’s in a place where so many of us are: diving into something new and purposeful, yet there are parts of us that we want to wish away. We think they’re wild and untamed, showing up when we really don’t want them to. Yet these parts we try to hide are actually the most incredible parts of us, and have so much wisdom to share. They can help us step into a bigger purpose.
In this conversation, we discuss how to find comfort in ourselves and each other, our willingness to explore below the surface, and the importance of pausing and allowing ourselves to be fully present with everything that is happening, in devotion to finding our path forward. I hope this reading reveals for you the true magic of turning inward.

We’re all the subject of so much societal and cultural programming. We follow these predetermined scripts often without realizing the harm that they are doing to our health and wellbeing because the pressure is so great to follow those norms. One of these stories in action is our tendency to think we can only have one thing at the expense of another, that multiple things cannot exist at one time, perpetuating the illusion and delusion of the world we’re living in today.
Christina is here with us today. She’s bumping up against some repetitive patterns including our collective story about “either/or”. So many of us limit ourselves by saying we can have this, OR we can have that, thinking that we can’t possibly have both. We tell ourselves we don’t have the time, we don’t have the resources, or that we can’t put ourselves first while still honoring other people.
In this conversation today, we explore the idea of “either/or” through a wider lens and discuss ways that we can support others while still showing up for ourselves. We look at how we get caught in people-pleasing, a repetitive pattern where we put others’ wellbeing over our own. I hope this reading allows you to see how these stories are playing out in your own life, and reminds you that you play an important roll in the interconnectedness of all of life.

Magical Moments is back! After some time away, I feel deeply called to revive these intimate teachings and reflections. I hope you enjoy listening to these as much as I enjoy creating them!

So many of us can understand the overwhelm that comes from knowing that as we grow things need to change in our lives, yet we are not quite ready to let go of all that we have created from the previous version of ourselves. This can cause things to start unraveling leaving us at a crossroads not knowing which way to go. We are not fully grounded in something new, and yet at the same time our old life is fading away. However, in this in-between space, there’s a lot of room to explore what our souls truly desire.
Angela is here with us today. She is, like so many of us, juggling so many things. She has a successful corporate career in marketing and is also exploring her intuitive gifts, giving akashic readings as a side job. She has three beautiful children, is in a loving relationship, and is committed to her spiritual path. However, all of these things are making it a little overwhelming to navigate her life.
In this conversation, we dive into how to practically prioritize different aspects of our life, as well as how our relationship with our childhoods and our parents can influence the way that we show up in adulthood, possibly preventing us from following our hearts. I hope this reading gives you some tools and places to look within yourself for what things might be influencing your choices.
