Episode 118: The Courage to Walk Away With Melissa

A lot of constraints and obligations fill up our days, and much of this structure we may not be consciously aware that we are creating. This can lead us to filter our decision making through the lens of “I have to,” instead of leaning into the real “why” of wanting to do something, making choosing a path forward difficult. 

 

Melissa is here looking for clarity on where to focus her attention and energy for next year.
