Episode 162: Finding Yourself After Being Lost With Misty

In our Western culture, we’re expected to know what we’re supposed to do with our lives at such a young age. We’re flooded with these messages our whole lives of what we “should” be doing, and how we should be doing it, and that any path outside of that should be considered a failure. In fact, we all already have a vast amount of knowledge already inside of us about what we would love to do with our lives, and what would truly make us happy.

 

Misty is here looking for guidance. She’s been feeling lost, and is trying to find her way back to herself. Today, Misty and I have a beautiful conversation about how we are never truly lost at all, and that it is okay to be messy.
