Our bodies are always trying to protect us. For those of us who have gone through very hard things, especially in childhood, our bodies have ways to shield us from the trauma that we’re going through. In some cases, this might create long periods of time that we can barely recall later in life.
Debbie is here seeking answers. When she was a young child growing up, her mother was battling breast cancer. And what this has led to for her is that she cannot remember any good or safe memories from her childhood from before the age of 10 years old, even though she knows that they must have happened. Today, Debbie and I have a vulnerable conversation about the ways the body processes trauma and how to access those seemingly lost parts of ourselves.
During her reading we explore:
- How trauma affects our flow of consciousness
- What our system will do in order to fill in the gaps
- Recreating and rewriting the past with your younger self as a tool to heal your younger self

Throughout my life I have been guided by the warrioress archetype, an independent female spirit whose primary purpose is to achieve freedom and sovereignty of her life.
