Everything we do, say, think, and feel, typically comes from a pattern that we have memorized. From something that happened to us, something that we witnessed, something that we made meaning of in a certain way. And all of these patterns live inside our body.

Today on the Modern Day Intuitive Podcast our caller, Mako, has been doing lots of personal growth work and yet is feeling she is not where she wants to be in her life. She wants to know how to make big changes in her life.
We dive into what is keeping her stuck and talk about how she has recently become aware she is in an unhealthy relationship and that she needs to get clear on what she wants to do about this moving forward.
