The way events in the world are happening at the moment is challenging and brings up a lot for so many of us. As we look for comfort in each other, in ourselves and in community, it is also important to look below the surface of our own lives to see where we are fighting against ourselves. The way forward lies in us being willing to see something different in our patterns and learning to connect to ourselves in different ways. By doing this we create a new way of being together, and can let the old fall away in devotion to something greater that is unfolding.
Ann is here with us today. She’s in a place where so many of us are: diving into something new and purposeful, yet there are parts of us that we want to wish away. We think they’re wild and untamed, showing up when we really don’t want them to. Yet these parts we try to hide are actually the most incredible parts of us, and have so much wisdom to share. They can help us step into a bigger purpose.
In this conversation, we discuss how to find comfort in ourselves and each other, our willingness to explore below the surface, and the importance of pausing and allowing ourselves to be fully present with everything that is happening, in devotion to finding our path forward. I hope this reading reveals for you the true magic of turning inward.

Welcome back to another episode of Magical Moments, today we’re talking about the importance of honoring the darkness within and around us.
As we find ourselves in the deep, introspective season of winter, this is a perfect time to embrace the cyclical nature of life and our own inner world. There are so many challenges we face when slowing down in a fast-paced society, the wisdom hidden within our wounds, and the transformational power of embracing our shadow. Let’s reframe our relationship with these parts of ourselves, we unlock a deeper sense of resilience, intuition, and self-love.

We’re all the subject of so much societal and cultural programming. We follow these predetermined scripts often without realizing the harm that they are doing to our health and wellbeing because the pressure is so great to follow those norms. One of these stories in action is our tendency to think we can only have one thing at the expense of another, that multiple things cannot exist at one time, perpetuating the illusion and delusion of the world we’re living in today.
Christina is here with us today. She’s bumping up against some repetitive patterns including our collective story about “either/or”. So many of us limit ourselves by saying we can have this, OR we can have that, thinking that we can’t possibly have both. We tell ourselves we don’t have the time, we don’t have the resources, or that we can’t put ourselves first while still honoring other people.
In this conversation today, we explore the idea of “either/or” through a wider lens and discuss ways that we can support others while still showing up for ourselves. We look at how we get caught in people-pleasing, a repetitive pattern where we put others’ wellbeing over our own. I hope this reading allows you to see how these stories are playing out in your own life, and reminds you that you play an important roll in the interconnectedness of all of life.

Magical Moments is back! After some time away, I feel deeply called to revive these intimate teachings and reflections. I hope you enjoy listening to these as much as I enjoy creating them!
Magical Moments will be coming out weekly on Fridays, as well as our weekly guest episodes on Wednesdays.
In this episode, we explore the journey of deepening our intuition, aligning with our soul’s truth, and embracing an embodied way of living.
So many of us are feeling the disconnect between external expectations and our inner knowing. We sense that something more is calling us, guiding us toward a deeper, more authentic existence.

So many of us can understand the overwhelm that comes from knowing that as we grow things need to change in our lives, yet we are not quite ready to let go of all that we have created from the previous version of ourselves. This can cause things to start unraveling leaving us at a crossroads not knowing which way to go. We are not fully grounded in something new, and yet at the same time our old life is fading away. However, in this in-between space, there’s a lot of room to explore what our souls truly desire.
Angela is here with us today. She is, like so many of us, juggling so many things. She has a successful corporate career in marketing and is also exploring her intuitive gifts, giving akashic readings as a side job. She has three beautiful children, is in a loving relationship, and is committed to her spiritual path. However, all of these things are making it a little overwhelming to navigate her life.
In this conversation, we dive into how to practically prioritize different aspects of our life, as well as how our relationship with our childhoods and our parents can influence the way that we show up in adulthood, possibly preventing us from following our hearts. Some of us lead lives in service of others, constantly giving and doing what will fill the cups of those around us. While this is a very noble calling, it often leaves us unbalanced, and unable to absorb all the gifts the Universe gives us. For those of us on a deep spiritual journey, our soul is yearning for us to merge the worlds of what we do, and our spiritual experience, instead of keeping them separate.
Adriane is here today. She is struggling with allowing the abundance in her life to fully permeate her being. She has chosen a life where she runs a business that is supporting others, and because of this, the Universe is blessing her with abundance. Yet, she’s having a hard time soaking it all in and feeling safe inside of the life she’s created.
In this conversation, we dive into the importance of having a committed, prioritized spiritual practice, and integrating your earthly life and purpose with your Spiritual life and dharma. We may be grown-up adults, yet so often it’s the younger, little parts inside us that are really calling the shots. They’re the ones pulling the strings, working the lights, and creating the drama that is our existence. When we can connect with them and bring them back to wholeness, then we can make new choices and move in a different direction in the external world.
Vanessa is here today looking for what Spirit wants her to know about her path forward. She has recently gone through a lot of changes in her life, and feels that the person she used to be is no longer around, and she’s having challenges fitting into her life because she’s so different. As we dive in, we discover how an old childhood memory is still pulling at her, keeping her from moving forward in the way that her soul is urging her.
In this conversation, we explore how to create a different reality from healing the fabric that gets severed from hard childhood experiences, how to stay grounded, and therefore be less reactive. I hope this reading prompts you to reflect on where your younger child is asking for love and attention.

So many of us are awakening from the illusion (and delusion) that we’re currently living in. We’re no longer available to show up for the life of the rat race, the life that tells us that there’s no time to enjoy ourselves or take care of ourselves, the life that pushes us to constantly be busy to uphold this illusion. We know that there’s something more for us, and that awakening is happening NOW.
Meaghan is here today because she’s recently gone through a breakdown. In the years since then, she’s been reinventing herself, looking at depression, anxiety, ADHD, things that so many of us struggle with. She’s deepening into her truth, realigning with her inner wisdom and wants to bring her dreams to reality and have her life stand for something bigger.
This is a beautiful conversation where we explore living from your truth and the things that get away, how you can access these deeper parts of life that exist below the surface, and how to say no to the things you have been forced to say yes to for so long. Those of us with spiritual and intuitive gifts want to share them with the world so that we can help other people more deeply, and bring meaningful work to the world that supports the greater good. But we cannot meet our clients where they need to be met if we haven’t first done enough self-exploration. The deeper we go into our own shadow, the more we can meet our clients where they’re at, and the more we will be able to attract more business to us.
Stephanie is here looking for focus. She’s interested in increasing the flow of clients into her tarot business. And at the same time, she realizes that her own shadow work is a priority. So now she’s wondering what her focus should be as she transitions from shadow work to holding space for new clients. Today, Stephanie and I discuss our internal wounding and how we can address it to improve not just our business practices, but our whole lives.

- The mother wound, which so many of us hold
- Energy clearing, and some useful tools
- How the wisdom lives inside you, and that the deeper you go into your craft, the more capable you are of understanding your clients
