As a mystic, wisdom keeper, spiritual mentor and coach, I love creating spaces for you to live fully ALIVE and deeply connected to your intuition. This podcast is born from my passion to offer support as you deepen your intuition, follow your heart, and embrace your purpose.
In each episode, you’ll hear me channel guided spiritual information for a guest around a specific question or decision they are facing in their life to help them understand the true desires of their hearts, trust their intuition, and find their path forward.

I recently got back from a trip, a pilgrimage back to my childhood home in England and Wales. I journeyed with my kids and my mom, and all of us found some necessary healing. The family trip became a powerful month of closing cycles, an unraveling of karmic loops, and a sacred offering to my lineage. Guided by ceremony, synchronicity, and the numbers 101/111 that have followed me for years, I was shown how endings always carry beginnings, and how the healing we commit to expands across decades.
This story is about more than me. It’s about the ways we’re all called to listen, to follow the threads of our lineage, and to courageously face what is asking to be healed. When we do, we not only transform ourselves, but we shift the lives of our children, ancestors, and collective future.

Boundaries can feel spicy, confusing, and even painful, especially if you didn’t grow up learning what they were or how to hold them. I have had my own personal healing journey with boundaries, from growing up in a codependent family to learning how to stand in the fire of truth with love. I had to learn not to hold boundaries from blame, guilt, or defense, but from deep self-respect and a desire to invite in more loving, honest relationships.
Communicating our needs clearly can lead to a healthy transformation in even the most challenging relationships. There is a sense of clarity and compassion when you open these new pathways for connection. This is about claiming the love you deserve, with self-honesty, courage, and care.

We often speak of surrender as a spiritual goal, but what if our bodies are still holding the opposite story? What if the part of us that’s trying to let go is still entangled in old patterns of control, responsibility, and over-care?
Cheryl is here with us today. She’s been doing deep inner work for years: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. And yet, she finds herself in a familiar energetic loop, especially around her son. She’s longing to surrender more fully to the divine flow of life, but something in her body is still holding on. As we drop into her field, we discover how early-life patterns of caretaking and codependency created a dynamic where control became a substitute for power, and how those old survival strategies are still shaping her present.
In this episode, we explore how energetic imprints from childhood shape our adult experience, how the lower chakras hold the key to true empowerment, and how healing requires us to come back into the body; not just the mind or spirit. Change can rattle us and leave us feeling adrift and alone as we face the new and prevailing uncertainty that stretches before us. Overwhelmed and unsettled we freeze in the face of the unknown and the undefined.
Yet when embraced and nurtured, change is always here to show us something new and different, if we are willing to meet it at the threshold, if we choose to rise and explore it with curiosity and interest, a deeper and more potent truth can be found.
In this episode we discuss how to allow change to love you and move you into a future that is more profound and ultimately more correct for you.

In this episode I dive into the practice of creating. Everything that happens to you is an opportunity to practice creating and through this bring something beautiful through from the void into your life. What if life isn’t working against you, but trying to love you into awakening?
Everything in life, your circumstances, relationships, and emotions, are part of a living relationship. When we start to view life through this relational lens, we begin to see the beauty, intelligence, and sacred design in every moment, even the ones we want to resist.
Healing and transformation begins when we stop pushing life away and start letting it in. Even the discomfort, even the pain, even the joy we sometimes don’t think we deserve. It’s not about being “ready”, it’s about being willing. Willing to let life crack you open, even just a little. Willing to meet yourself with tenderness. Willing to see the sacred in your path.

Sometimes the moment of breakthrough is quieter than we expect. Not a grand gesture, but a tender return to a forgotten dream. Candice is here with us today, standing at the edge of her soul work, ready to share her energy healing gifts with the world. And yet, like so many of us, she’s bumping up against something invisible. A stuck place. A story.
What unfolds in this short, powerful session is a beautiful remembering: a teenage moment when she turned down her dream of running track to carry the weight of responsibility. In that moment, a belief was born: that what she wanted didn’t matter. That dreams had to be set aside. And until now, that belief has quietly shaped how she shows up in her work. But through deep presence and a willingness to be with herself, Candice touches the wound, and transforms it.

Today on Water Rising, we explore an often-overlooked truth about inner child work: that your personal healing might not be entirely your own.This teaching is about what it means to feel deeply interconnected, especially when your nervous system is activated, your inner child feels anxious or overwhelmed, and you can’t quite make sense of why. Could it be that you’re not just feeling your own past, but the pain of the collective? Of children across the world? Of Earth herself?
I invite you to widen your lens, shift from the individual to the interconnected, and remember that healing is not just a “me” process, it's a “we” mission. We’ll talk about how to recognize collective trauma in your body, how to tend to your nervous system without overlooking what’s real, and why the most sacred work you can do is to remember that your healing is in service to all of life. This one’s tender, expansive, and a call to true presence.

Throughout my life I have been guided by the warrioress archetype, an independent female spirit whose primary purpose is to achieve freedom and sovereignty of her life. This was not always a conscious endeavor for me, yet she pulled at my heart and led me on adventures far and wide and wild. She has taught me to live by spirals and wheels and cycles. To live each day as a ritual, knowing that I am the source of my life. Everything comes FROM me and that my obstacles are actually the path to living an even greater and wilder existence. She has shown me that true LEADERS rally for and with life, not against it. So, now I live in devotion to a higher standard of LIFE for us all.
