Our hearts are meant to be intertwined with our purpose. We all have an inherent need to live from our purpose, and not just to speak it from our voice, but to act from it. A lot of us become stuck by the resistance we feel from attempting to live through our purpose in this way, and feel some incongruence between who we are on the inside and who we are showing to the world.
Ania is here seeking clarity. She’s been doing a lot of manifestation work recently, from the subconscious mind, exploring her shadow work and inner child work. However, she’s been experiencing a bit of blockage as she tries to go to the next level financially, and wants to know what she’s missing. Many of us grew up in environments where we did not feel safe. It is a common story to have some level of trauma, loneliness, or feeling of neglect during childhood, and unfortunately, those experiences leave lasting affects on the body, changing our energetic bodies and our nervous systems. These programs can follow us even into adulthood, showing up as anxiety, a sense of overwhelm, and a lack of access to the intuitive gifts we all hold.

The Internet age has empowered so many of us to grow our business in ways that were never possible before, reaching such a higher magnitude of people. It has been truly life changing and a positive force for many. But in some ways, my loves, we’re suffering the downsides of this era, for we are becoming more and more separated from each other year by year. The fact is, we are so much more powerful when we are able to sit physically with one another and exchange energy, and I truly believe that we are capable of so much. Maintaining that connection during this digital age is surely a challenge, but not impossible.
Melanie is here wanting to understand her blocks. She’s been a counselor and therapist for decades, but as of recently, she’s embarking into the online world. As she moves into this next phase of life and into a brand new avenue for her business, she’s really curious to learn how to move through the financial blocks that are coming up. Those of us who run businesses know how much self-doubt and uncertainty comes up while we’re trying to pursue our dreams of helping others with our gifts. In a path where there is so much work to be done, it can be very easy to slip into the mindset that our worth is contingent on what we’re able to do (and do for others), and to troubleshoot any slowness or lack of “success” with just doing more. It may seem counterintuitive, but I believe that we do not have to pursue clients in our business; we only need to focus on our being and the right clients will find us.

When we’re faced with some kind of uncertainty in life, especially when we can see a clear vision of what we want out of life, it can be easy to wonder whether the decisions we’re making are the ones that are going to eventually lead us to where we want to be. In this world, we don’t operate as separate individuals. Some of us come from a long lineage of ancestral suffering, and that trauma is passed down to us and embeds itself in our cells, even if we ourselves are not living the same suffering. We might find ourselves experiencing these wounds, and it can bring up feelings of depression, unworthiness, and shame. This is a complex process, and beginning to unravel these ancestral narratives is important in achieving peace within ourselves and for humanity overall.
Hiba is here looking for guidance. She is a Palestinian woman living in the US, and yet she is still bumping up against some ancestral and religious wounding from her heritage. There is so much richness to find in paying a visit to the tenderest parts of our childhood. I believe that accessing those moments of pain, hurt, and loneliness are the keys to bring forth meaningful lessons into our present reality as adults. It can be incredibly healing to spend some intentional time with the inner child in all of us, to sit with the child who feels scared, alone, and is craving our love. That is such a powerful thing.
Crystal is here today looking to connect with and heal her inner child. She’s been on a healing journey for a long time but is wondering now if there are blockages that might stem from her childhood. I believe strongly that everything we need to guide ourselves through the ups and downs of life, the hard decisions, all the pain and happiness, everything, can be found within us. You are so much more powerful than you think, my love, but it is all too easy to fall into a trap of overcomplicating things. We all do it. There’s a lot of fear that comes up when we are on the precipice of a great challenge and opportunity for more in our lives, and sometimes it feels more comfortable to overthink as a means of control than to surrender ourselves to it.

Every time we are meant to level up in our lives or pursue something that feels big to us, it’s very common for fears and blocks to arise within us. That, coupled with the very real wound that we face uniquely as women, that we are never good enough for the tasks we set out to achieve, can leave us feeling very stagnant and unsure of ourselves. For this reason I want to remind you how important it is to tune into your real and resounding WHY underneath your dreams, and to remember how powerful you are in order to manifest them.

In a world where money ensures, in some ways, our survival, it is not surprising that many of us have grown with a sense of scarcity around money, or have been raised with certain beliefs about our own value in relation to money. Many of these beliefs can even be stored in our bodies, and it’s our bodies that reach out to us with the wisdom that tells us what we’re going through is not right. It’s actually a gift, that we can tune into ourselves in this way, and from this we can learn the ways to properly nurture ourselves so that we can continue nurturing others.
Alessandra is here looking for purpose. She’s been pursuing several new projects, and is wondering what possible financial blocks might be getting in the way of her being able to bring these projects into the world.
