There are moments when life invites us into something new, and while our hearts might say yes, another part of us lingers at the edge. Endings, no matter how correct or necessary, can stir something deep inside; something tender, something uncertain. And yet, inside the uncertainty, there’s a sacred opportunity to honor all that has brought us here and to gently guide ourselves into what’s next with more of our truth upheld.
Elissa is here with us today. She’s standing at a threshold, called to leave behind a version of her work that once supported her but no longer aligns with the path she’s walking now. She’s ready to close her business, ready to step into a new way of being, and yet, there’s a stuckness. A part of her that isn’t quite willing to let go. She’s done so much inner work: the mental, the emotional, but something deeper, something energetic, is asking for attention before she can fully move forward.
In this session, we explore how layers of past endings are still informing her present. Spirit guides us to an earlier part of Elissa’s life, one that experienced endings without completion, leaving her suspended in fear and uncertainty. Through powerful imagery, we uncover the need for ceremony, for initiation, for honoring what once was so that it no longer holds her back.
If you find yourself caught between the old and the new, between longing and fear, I hope this episode helps you see where you can bring wholeness to your own journey.

There are moments in life that ask everything of us. When the ground feels uncertain and the future unclear, it can feel impossible to keep moving forward with an open heart. And yet, it is inside of these very moments that something extraordinary can happen. We discover a deeper faith, a more resilient truth, and a kind of love for ourselves that wasn’t fully accessible before. When we choose not to numb or distract, but to stay with what’s here, we begin to build something steady and sacred within us.
Suzanne is here with us today. She’s been walking through a series of deep losses — twelve loved ones in two years — and facing the unfolding reality of a chronic illness that’s affecting her eyesight. And yet, within all of that, there is a profound spiritual presence inside of her. Her trust in her path, her connection to the Divine, and her unwavering devotion to her purpose are breathtaking to witness. Even while she holds real fears and pain in her human experience, she is also choosing to move toward her soul.
In this reading, we speak about what it means to live in two worlds: the physical world where grief and limitation exist, and the soul world that continues to expand. Through the metaphor of a tree, Spirit shows Suzanne the importance of tending to the youngest parts of herself — those still asking to be seen and integrated — and reminds her that the challenges she faces are also gateways to her next becoming. We also talk about what it means to truly integrate rather than release, and how the parts we often try to shed may in fact be holding our greatest wisdom. If you’ve been walking through something hard, I hope this session reminds you of the strength already alive within you.

There’s so much pressure in our world to leap into what’s next. We often think the answers live somewhere out ahead of us, just beyond reach, waiting for us to catch up. But what if the most important part of the journey is the moment you’re standing in right now? What if this space, the quiet, messy, blooming middle, is exactly where you’re meant to be?
Stefani is here with us today. She’s in a moment many of us recognize — her gifts have always been with her, but now they’re rising up to the surface, asking to be seen and heard. She’s reached the point where she can no longer ignore them, and the question becomes: what does she do with all of this magic? How does she hold it, honor it, and let it lead her forward?
In this conversation, we’re invited to slow down and allow the cycle of emergence to unfold in its own timing. Spirit shows us the beauty of wildness, the importance of allowing all the pieces to come forward without rushing to name or contain them. So many of us get caught in this place of feeling like we have to make the “right” decision. We are navigating the huge human wounds of perfection, needing to know, and getting everything right, with the fear that our lives will fall apart if we stop and breathe for even a moment. This can feel quite intense, yet it’s a beautiful thing when we let ourselves slow down enough to discover the freedom on the other side and lean into what is true and correct for us.
Marie is here with us today. She’s asking about signs, and how she can trust the signs she’s receiving in order to make a substantial decision in her life. What ends up coming up is her deep desire to not get it wrong, and to make the “right” choice.
In this conversation, we talk a lot about life lessons, and the people that we choose in our lives, how we choose the circumstances that we’re born into and what we want to accomplish in our lives. The purpose that lives within you is trying to get your attention. It’s getting louder and louder, asking you to move into this new way of being and let your old life disintegrate. Making the decision to listen to it, and move in the direction it’s asking you to can be scary and often bring up feelings of uncertainty, but you hold inside you all the wisdom you need in order to find your place in this world.
Jo is here with us today. She’s at that point in her life where she knows that a deeper purpose is calling to her. She’s currently an EMT, having been called to help people all her life. And now, that calling is asking her to step into the spiritual world, bringing together her skills as a Reiki practitioner, mediumship and intuitive development, and she arrives on our call feeling like she’s not entirely sure of what she wants to do.
In this conversation, we talk about the part of her that is committed to what she knows she wants to do, as well as the other part of her that is worried about what other people will think. We talk about the importance of community in bringing her vision to the world, and committing to the part of her that is sure of her purpose. I hope this reading allows you to reflect on and honor your own purpose and authentic knowing as you move through these changing times.
