As a mystic, wisdom keeper, spiritual mentor and coach, I love creating spaces for you to live fully ALIVE and deeply connected to your intuition. This podcast is born from my passion to offer support as you deepen your intuition, follow your heart, and embrace your purpose.
In each episode, you’ll hear me channel guided spiritual information for a guest around a specific question or decision they are facing in their life to help them understand the true desires of their hearts, trust their intuition, and find their path forward.

There’s so much pressure in our world to leap into what’s next. We often think the answers live somewhere out ahead of us, just beyond reach, waiting for us to catch up. But what if the most important part of the journey is the moment you’re standing in right now? What if this space, the quiet, messy, blooming middle, is exactly where you’re meant to be?
Stefani is here with us today. She’s in a moment many of us recognize — her gifts have always been with her, but now they’re rising up to the surface, asking to be seen and heard. She’s reached the point where she can no longer ignore them, and the question becomes: what does she do with all of this magic? How does she hold it, honor it, and let it lead her forward?
In this conversation, we’re invited to slow down and allow the cycle of emergence to unfold in its own timing. Spirit shows us the beauty of wildness, the importance of allowing all the pieces to come forward without rushing to name or contain them. So many of us get caught in this place of feeling like we have to make the “right” decision. We are navigating the huge human wounds of perfection, needing to know, and getting everything right, with the fear that our lives will fall apart if we stop and breathe for even a moment. This can feel quite intense, yet it’s a beautiful thing when we let ourselves slow down enough to discover the freedom on the other side and lean into what is true and correct for us.
Marie is here with us today. She’s asking about signs, and how she can trust the signs she’s receiving in order to make a substantial decision in her life. What ends up coming up is her deep desire to not get it wrong, and to make the “right” choice.
In this conversation, we talk a lot about life lessons, and the people that we choose in our lives, how we choose the circumstances that we’re born into and what we want to accomplish in our lives. The purpose that lives within you is trying to get your attention. It’s getting louder and louder, asking you to move into this new way of being and let your old life disintegrate. Making the decision to listen to it, and move in the direction it’s asking you to can be scary and often bring up feelings of uncertainty, but you hold inside you all the wisdom you need in order to find your place in this world.
Jo is here with us today. She’s at that point in her life where she knows that a deeper purpose is calling to her. She’s currently an EMT, having been called to help people all her life. And now, that calling is asking her to step into the spiritual world, bringing together her skills as a Reiki practitioner, mediumship and intuitive development, and she arrives on our call feeling like she’s not entirely sure of what she wants to do.
In this conversation, we talk about the part of her that is committed to what she knows she wants to do, as well as the other part of her that is worried about what other people will think. We talk about the importance of community in bringing her vision to the world, and committing to the part of her that is sure of her purpose. I hope this reading allows you to reflect on and honor your own purpose and authentic knowing as you move through these changing times.

Where are you doubting yourself? Where are you doubting your relationship with your intuition, your connection to the universe, to nature, to divine support? Oftentimes, especially those of us who have experienced traumatic things in childhood, we have a hard time connecting to Spirit in adulthood, even if we know that we possess these wonderful gifts of intuition. But it is very possible to allow all the parts of you to become present.
Cheryl is here with us today. As a kid, Cheryl lived in the foster system. She had quite a traumatic upbringing, and she’s finding that in her life today, she’s doubting connection to Spirit and her soul. She’s followed a particular path for most of her life and is now feeling like none of this is making any sense anymore. As we dive in, even just the awareness of this starts to make a huge shift for her.
In this conversation, we dive into the relationship with Cheryl’s little girl, discovering the relationship between what she’s experiencing today and what she experienced back then. We also talk about soul retrieval and how we can call parts back to us, being an empath, and how being empowered in your life involves you taking credit for your progress. I hope this reading reminds you of the vital role that you play in your own life.

Staying in your authenticity and speaking your truth can be very difficult, especially when events from your childhood created patterns and programs within you that are still playing out in your communication skills today. It’s in the process of sitting with the younger parts of yourself that you can begin to heal these patterns and gain a greater understanding of why in difficult moments you drop into old habits.
Bart is here with us today. He’s bumping up against some programs and stories that I like to classify as compulsions and aversions. He’s finding that he can’t step into his authentic voice in situations where he wants to, and gets caught between either not saying what he really means, or getting a little bit too fiery about the conversation.
In this reading, we explore the core memories that have led to this programming, and talk about the protection pattern of being extremely logical as a way to keep ourselves safe. We also have a beautiful discussion around creativity and play. I hope this reading helps you to consider what areas in your life your patterns may be showing up as well as finding your way back to the creative essence of your soul.
