So many of us can understand the overwhelm that comes from knowing that as we grow things need to change in our lives, yet we are not quite ready to let go of all that we have created from the previous version of ourselves. This can cause things to start unraveling leaving us at a crossroads not knowing which way to go. We are not fully grounded in something new, and yet at the same time our old life is fading away. However, in this in-between space, there’s a lot of room to explore what our souls truly desire.
Angela is here with us today. She is, like so many of us, juggling so many things. She has a successful corporate career in marketing and is also exploring her intuitive gifts, giving akashic readings as a side job. She has three beautiful children, is in a loving relationship, and is committed to her spiritual path. However, all of these things are making it a little overwhelming to navigate her life.
In this conversation, we dive into how to practically prioritize different aspects of our life, as well as how our relationship with our childhoods and our parents can influence the way that we show up in adulthood, possibly preventing us from following our hearts. Some of us lead lives in service of others, constantly giving and doing what will fill the cups of those around us. While this is a very noble calling, it often leaves us unbalanced, and unable to absorb all the gifts the Universe gives us. For those of us on a deep spiritual journey, our soul is yearning for us to merge the worlds of what we do, and our spiritual experience, instead of keeping them separate.
Adriane is here today. She is struggling with allowing the abundance in her life to fully permeate her being. She has chosen a life where she runs a business that is supporting others, and because of this, the Universe is blessing her with abundance. Yet, she’s having a hard time soaking it all in and feeling safe inside of the life she’s created.
In this conversation, we dive into the importance of having a committed, prioritized spiritual practice, and integrating your earthly life and purpose with your Spiritual life and dharma. We may be grown-up adults, yet so often it’s the younger, little parts inside us that are really calling the shots. They’re the ones pulling the strings, working the lights, and creating the drama that is our existence. When we can connect with them and bring them back to wholeness, then we can make new choices and move in a different direction in the external world.
Vanessa is here today looking for what Spirit wants her to know about her path forward. She has recently gone through a lot of changes in her life, and feels that the person she used to be is no longer around, and she’s having challenges fitting into her life because she’s so different. As we dive in, we discover how an old childhood memory is still pulling at her, keeping her from moving forward in the way that her soul is urging her.
In this conversation, we explore how to create a different reality from healing the fabric that gets severed from hard childhood experiences, how to stay grounded, and therefore be less reactive. So many of us are awakening from the illusion (and delusion) that we’re currently living in. We’re no longer available to show up for the life of the rat race, the life that tells us that there’s no time to enjoy ourselves or take care of ourselves, the life that pushes us to constantly be busy to uphold this illusion. We know that there’s something more for us, and that awakening is happening NOW.
Meaghan is here today because she’s recently gone through a breakdown. In the years since then, she’s been reinventing herself, looking at depression, anxiety, ADHD, things that so many of us struggle with. She’s deepening into her truth, realigning with her inner wisdom and wants to bring her dreams to reality and have her life stand for something bigger.
This is a beautiful conversation where we explore living from your truth and the things that get away, how you can access these deeper parts of life that exist below the surface, and how to say no to the things you have been forced to say yes to for so long. Those of us with spiritual and intuitive gifts want to share them with the world so that we can help other people more deeply, and bring meaningful work to the world that supports the greater good. But we cannot meet our clients where they need to be met if we haven’t first done enough self-exploration. The deeper we go into our own shadow, the more we can meet our clients where they’re at, and the more we will be able to attract more business to us.
Stephanie is here looking for focus. She’s interested in increasing the flow of clients into her tarot business. And at the same time, she realizes that her own shadow work is a priority. So now she’s wondering what her focus should be as she transitions from shadow work to holding space for new clients. Today, Stephanie and I discuss our internal wounding and how we can address it to improve not just our business practices, but our whole lives.

Those of us who have undergone difficult childhoods may bring with us a desire to help others when we’re older, in part because it soothes our pain. But this can be a dangerous process, my loves, because it ends up draining the life-force that we need to maintain our own power in this life. We need to pour into ourselves first before we can pursue our purpose of healing others.
Jerome is here looking for his path. He’s been struggling with direction on how to live into his purpose. He knows he’s here to help others, yet he feels pulled in so many different directions. He’s committed to his healing journey, as are so many of us. Today, Jerome and I have a beautiful conversation about working through childhood trauma, and reconnecting with truth, authenticity and power.

Happy New Year! In these times especially, HOPE is something that is so important to cultivate, as well as your relationship with your darkness in devotion to your light. Time and time again, I’ve experienced that the magical process is that when you are willing to look into the darkness, the scary places you wish away, there is a new reality waiting for you just on the other side.

When we have spent so long chasing purpose in the form of a career, it can be quite hard on our identity if we suddenly realize that the path we’re going down is no longer for us. Now, this feeling can lead us to think that we’ve wasted so much time and effort, but I want to assure you that’s not true. Everything that you do matters, even if you can’t quite see why just yet. After all, we are all connected, and we’re all here for a reason bigger than ourselves.
Sophie is here seeking clarity on how to move forward. She has been on a 10-year journey with what she thought was her dream. And yet, after all her efforts and study put into this life path, she’s not fulfilled. Now, she’s having trouble trusting herself in following a new path that has presented itself to her. The discovery of what lights us up, creatively and spiritually, can be such an energizing experience. But those of us, especially in Western societies, know too well the feeling of overwhelm as we try to balance those activities with the demands of our lives, from financial obligations to work demands to the needs of the people around us. Yet, it is an incredibly valuable endeavor to intentionally craft the time to practice what fuels us, even if it requires a restructuring of the other things.
Angela is here today wondering how she can balance leaning into her purpose with meeting the needs and obligations of her “real life.” She feels her soul calling her forward to do more, and she’s really ready to listen and do what she needs to do. We go through so much growth and change over the course of our lives. And when we share our life with a romantic partner, we can sometimes bump up against a difference in values, leading to a lot of discomfort as we figure out whether a relationship is still meant for us. But through that discomfort we can actually learn a lot about ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves about the problems we face within that relationship.
Bethany is here wanting to understand. She has been in a romantic relationship for the last three years. She knows that her tendency is to self-sabotage and to push love away, so throughout the length of her relationship she’s done a lot of spiritual growth work, noticing profound changes in herself.
